Be careful with Groupon I bought a spa treatment as a present, but the spa didn't have any dates that were suitable and we had a right game trying to get a refund from Groupon
So just be careful !! |

I use groupon for various things.. not so keen on wowcher. Ordered some bender type things for the kids and first time son in law used it it bellowed acrid smoke from the wiring. got money back. I check all the deals against amazon and ebay ..or other online sales.. they sometimes come out cheaper with postage on amazon. I have had haircuts and nails done.. also last month full leg and full hollywood for £15 which was a brilliant deal. she wanted to entice me away from my local waxer so i now get a hollywood for £13 which cant be beaten.
You can always check availability before you buy if you worried you cant get in. I suppose it depends if you buy at beginning or end of deal. they usually give you 90 days to use it up. |

"You also get 6% cash back if you buy Groupon through Quidco.
never used quidco"
Its worth looking at if you buy a lot of stuff online. There are many well known retailers on there and you get varying amounts of cash back for buying via quidco. |

I have used groupon for hotel deals, breaks away and bits and bobs like phone chargers and never had a problem. I took a gamble a few months back and bought lip fillers off wowcher the treatment was £275 if I went to the clinic directly or £69 if I bought the voucher - it's went really well and I've booked back in for them topping up - she uses it as a way of generating new business. Just be careful as some products are fake on there - someone was selling a brand of make up which I use and is normally £23 for the mascara and they had it on wowcher for £9 so it was obvious it was fake and within a couple of hours it had been removed. I've had no trouble with any of the sites my mum ordered a tablet from KGB deals though and it took 6 months to arrive and was missing parts and all sorts so I'd give them a swerve. |

I even got cashback on my last takeaway, ordered via Just Eat, from Quidco.
Ok so it only worked out at 90p or something but it all adds up.
I'm due £30-something for my car insurance fairly soon too. |
