On other sites you can have a forum 'ignore' button that filters out unwanted pricks from your viewing pleasure.

No we need pre warning before even interacting with these people... I.e big flashing words saying 'this person is a messer' when you look on their profile

Works really well. Tried selling it, but seems common sense costs too much these days.
