In case anyone is thinking of booking a Travelodge room for any naughty fun or anything else for that matter. There is a code QY17982G that can be used to save £5 and this includes the saver rate rooms which are sometimes already only £28..Like they say every little helps. x

We find, when swinging, Travelodge more than suits our purpose.

The only iffy bit is what lie to give the person at the checkin when we hand the key back in later

Just leave it in the room and go - you don't actually need to check out.

I just tell them the room is ready to be made up and let again. Someone might need an emergency room. Or perhaps arrange a Fab time share on the booking?

Premier by Xtasia in West Brom gives discounts to members of Xtasia. Also put you on floors with no families/kids so you can do a bit of wandering etc.....!

I also just leave the key in the room. Travelodge are ideal for meets. I find them relatively anonymous and nobody knows which room your guest or guest is coming to. The worst place to book are small family run b & b where the owner keeps an eagle eye on guests!

If you ask them for the Xstasia rate when booking they give a decent discount

We've found the newly decorated ones to be everything you need for a naughty night out and for £23 it's worth that to get away somewhere that I can use the bathroom without one of the kids wanting to get in lol xx

Umm you should always check out. If there was a fire the receptionist would print a quick list of occupied rooms and roll call outside. Fireman could go in looking for someone that isn't there.

I'm staying at a Travelodge this week, I like to give oral to guys, is it discreet for them just to turn up to my room ?

Do they need key cards to pass reception etc ?

In my experience they would need it to get through certain internal doors; depending on the layout they may be able to come in without going past reception directly, but to get into he corridors, they would need a key card. I don't think this is just restricted to guys, I think its the same rules for women ....

Some hotels won't be a problem but for many you'll need to meet them at reception to allow access.
