Not that I know of.

Phone and cam verification is prob your best bet when you've made contact with someone you think is a match.

No, it's just a notice board - you post what you want with a 3rd party email address provided by CL and wait. That's more effective than replying to other's posts.

It's not policed/moderated in the way it is overseas. A lot of 'commercial' people in the contacts sections. I'd not use it, as there's minimal security and not looking for anything commercial.
