Is it time to bring back Latin?

I'm all for learning new languages.
A lot (if not most) of English was founded on Latin and French so why not?
As a country we're very lazy with languages, becoming increasingly more so. It's part of why we don't get maximum benefit from free movement of people within the EU. |

Then it would be tiene. So none of that sentence was really correct " lol I typed the tiener conjunction wrong there, way too quick, meant tienes, but although the sentence is right there with blonde hair and blue eyes. |

Greek was the standard language of Romans.
In fact as bizarre as it sounds most Finnish people speak Swedish! |

I learned Latin at school. I remember some really well as we had a highly strung mad teacher, which helped etch it into my head. It's useful.
More language training as standard in schools would be ideal. Latin would be a great option. |
