Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

There are enough people on the planet for it to be true. The problem may be that your person or my person are on the other side of the world.

The world population is 7.324.782.000 so you would think there is one for everyone but no I don't believe there is, its down to demographics and fate and also where you live.

Althought I checked the female to male ratio worldwide where is the densest of them all, all of Europe and Russia and whole of usa have more females, whilst some parts of afrika and china had more men, so to conclude there is actually more women worldwide than men.

Yes, we find love when least expecting it, when upon the rocky outcrop of dispear a glimmer of hope can become a ray of perfect golden light for your world.

Yes but the hard part is finding them. If you do you are very lucky.

I always roll my eyes when people say their partner/spouse is their soulmate.

How strange that out of billions of people, their soulmate lived in the same town or worked for the same company.

I think so, I had my soul mate and if I'm lucky I'll find another one. It's a strange old world but I can almost guarantee that you won't find your 'one' whilst your looking for them, it's nearly always when you least expect it.

There are also a lot of gay and lesbian folk about, the male female ratio doesn't need to match.

I dont know if it's true or not, but so many people alone suggests there either isn't or a lot of people aren't finding each other.

That's right. I guess they take data of how they was born, would be hard otherwise to estimate.

Yes its true.. But the right person could be in your life for a short time.

Or the right person, at the wrong time in your.life.

Aka the one that got away.

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

Yes there is. Nobody is perfect but if you can find someone who is willing to accept your imperfections and, more importantly, you are able to accept theirs then there is most definitely someone out there (probably very near) that is right for you.

If you have 100 different criteria that must be ticked for the 'ideal' partner and you won't accept anything but 100 ticks, the search will be more challenging but not impossible!

Good luck, I hope you find what you're looking for!

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

There's easily more than one person for everyone, and you wouldn't have to even make-do to achieve this.

Just don't go looking for the one, you'll come across loads of potentials anyway. But you gotta socialise and be willing to meet new people, be friendly to everyone, things like this.

It may be a helpful belief, if you're losing confidence in getting what you'd love.

But I don't hold fully with its Disney-like promise of dreams coming true. Call me a cynic.

Better to focus on what would make you a better friend and partner for others. Some people's relationship skills are pretty rough.
