A recent thread on forum regarding 'clingyness' got me thinking. There seems to be a hell of a lot of drama that can ensue when stepping into the Swinging scene.
It's meant in a lighthearted way of course, but it could be rather comparable to a Soap Opera at times.
We've all had our fair share..
We have the everyday pub/coffee shop/hairdresser gossip;
-Who's slept with whom
-who's talking with whom
-What sort of hot date do you have lined up ?
We have the dramatic plot lines:
-"What DID happen that night at the club, dear ?"
- "I'm pregnant..."
-infatuation gone too far
-lover turned stalker.
And off course, we have those memorable characters:
-The player
-The loveable rogue
-The sex kitten
-The newlyweds
-The seldom seen cameo appearance by that peculiar man who lurks in the pub.
It's really quite amusing to think about.
(I will just add a slight disclaimer to the post and say this was not meant in any way shape or form, to insult anyone, just meant in good old forum humour...)
