Any glory hole can be straight. Depending on location visibility, you may need some clothing to mask your gender - but it's not illegal to use facilities largely catering to a different gender. Sex in some facilities may be illegal, but that's a different matter.
Op - I'm not aware of any gloryholes still existing there though. A band of hole makers needs to open things up a bit, around these isles.
