"I'm a complete glutton for summer fruits but while most of it is juicy and soft my nectarines have to be hard and crisp.
How fruity are you?
"
Very fruity |

I love nectarines and peaches but they need to be perfectly ripe. Same goes for honeydew melon (love it with Serrano ham) and strawberries although sadly I can only eat one or two .
Tomatoes are my absolute favourite though, sprinkled with salt and a couple of basil leaves. |

"I prefer exotic fruits
Mango. Pineapple
But also enjoy a nice crisp pink lady "
I love those too, along with a guava and a papaya and anything else I can get hold of but they are more easily available year round now. British raspberries and strawberries have a limited life.

The tomatoes this year have been exceptionally sweet. I might have to get some mozzarella and avocado to have with tomatoes tomorrow.

You're showing your age again.
I did try and tie the stalk with my tongue when I was MUCH younger. I think it was a camera trick.

I've recently started eating fruit. I've always had a problem with texture of food, not the taste.
But I adore British strawberries and raspberries, I love them anyway, but the British ones, just have an extra 'yummyness' about them.
And I can sit and eat Watermelon all day long. One of the few things I can taste the difference between organic and non organic.
Incidentally my parrot adores pomegranate, but only in their limited season October to November, won't eat them at any other time. |

I agree with your parrot - they are tasteless out of season.

I like my watermelons and British strawberries as long as they are sweet and juicy. I love Autumn though when I can pick blackberries and make jams and crumbles x |

"I like my nectarines soft and juicy so the juice runs down my chin."
You like a sticky mess
Nectarines when ripe and sweet are my favourite. I quite like peaches but not the hair on them. |

You're right different taste and not as chin dripping juicy. Delicious though.
Mmmmm There is something fabulous....something almost sexual about a perfectly ripe peach or pear....the aroma....the sheer succulence....taste .....the sucking and licking the juices....the running dripping juices......its hedonistic ...tantalising eating....Im feeling quite hungry right now |
