To be honest, only today have I been trying to do this properly, so yeah it is my fault |

Try hard isn't being smart necessarily, or the best way to get verified. It will come I'm sure. Have you attended any clubs, parties or socials? You're in London so there's plenty going on  |

It raises awareness and gives people more of an insight into who you are and your personality. My last meet came from someone on the forums!  |
