So i had to step off for a few weeks due to other 'life' stuff (luckily nothing bad). So i thought to say hello to those that I'd previously been chatting with i thought I'd say hi here 
Hope all is well and any recommendations on forum topics to read that i may have missed?

Haha deep heat has currently been carefully deployed all over my legs to help me walk again... I've learned the hard way not to let that stuff migrate anywhere its not supposed too |
