Hold ups but they tend to slide down during really active sessions if getting v sweaty so sometimes wear them with suspenders!

Who am I kidding- they pretty much end up on the floor!

I have used crotchless tights with some sucess tho

Tip of the day: use water around elastic area when putting on and the reaction is that they stay there..... Unless peeled off!
