Looking for a reasonable walk not to far from Derby.
Needs to ideally be circular, be very quiet (ie topless walking quiet), at least 5 miles. ideally with picturesque photo opportunities. anyone suggest anywhere. don't mind a bit of a drive.
feels like we have walked just about everywhere near us! |

"Far too many people at Bradgate. Looking for an escape. Been there several times. Nice place but always busy. Thornton i don't know. "
Tiny little village near Markfield (J22 - M1).
Surrounded by fields and woodland, very picturesque. |

We need the DDCs in, and topless will very much be supported. An August weekend will be tough for quiet in many places. Publicise it too much on here and a few fab walkers could horde out there too. |

"I'm guessing it gets busy?"
It's fairly quiet but there's a few fishermen. There's a small wood and lots of fields on the far bank that are generally very quiet. |
