I think it depends on the person.
If you are happy and confident with your body wether it be all natural or enhanced In some way it shows.
For me I never even took my top off during sex with any long term partners before I had my boobs done I was so horrified by them. Getting them done was the best thing I ever did.
If people aren't keen any they don't want to meet me because I have them I won't lose sleep over it.
I have seen men expressing their utter dislike of fake boobs on the forums them messaging me for meets tho.. So I do wonder those that say it would they actually turn someone down based on them having fake boobs??  |

It's the one area where I would consider surgery and the one reason putting me off losing anymore weight because as soon as I lose weight my boobs disappear and I'm left with spaniel ears  it's a catch 22 for me. Fat with some boobs or slim with none.

Mine are naturally huge I love fake ones too though I prefer them natural no matter what size...I have a plan and the money aside to get them reduced and lifted when I'm 30. He thinks it's a waste but I just want to buy normal underwear |

I only have b cups, but I'm happy with my puppies the way they are... They're neat, in proportion and sensitive as hell 
Personally I wouldn't want to go through what I see as unnecessary surgery, which might not then out the way I planned, and which might ruin them completely. |

I'm very happy with my enhanced boobs. They have given me the confidence to take my bra off infront of people. Something I would never have done before. And I know that people probably don't believe it but they do move and bounce. And I've had a few people comment on how soft and squishy they are compared to other fake boobs they've felt. |

I've definitely heard men say the 'more than a handful is a waste' comment as an insult before but clearly this chap just meant it as a personal preference. Variety is the spice of life, if we all liked the same things it would be rather a boring planet. |

I'm the same I hate my boobs and never get them out even when having sex, they just upset me to much
However I would never get surgery I would sooner just keep them away than go under the knife
On other people I really don't care, its upto them if they have a boob job or not I'm not here to comment or judge

As a fan of plastic surgery myself (poland been myself) its enhanced all the way. Self perception means better body parts then why not? thus more confidence within ourselves. Never for someone else but enhanced all the way! |

My preference is real over fake any day of the week. Regardless of size, as long as they're pert and suckable.
In my experience those with enhanced usually have their heads stuck up their own arses and over inflated egos. |

In my experience (and I used to moderate a cosmetic surgery forum) most women get them done to feel normal or as a result of illness (reconstruction etc) or maybe to get back what was lost after kids and breastfeeding or huge weight loss and are about as far from up their own arses as you can get. Most don't go around flashing them, a lot don't even talk about it and have smaller implants in the hope that most people don't notice.
I myself had once breast that didn't develop properly. I was too embarrassed at how I looked to even take my top off. Having mine done meant I would go swimming on holiday. Stop wearing baggy jumpers and just felt like a normal woman instead of looking like a freak! |

In my experience those with enhanced usually have their heads stuck up their own arses and over inflated egos.
In my experience (and I used to moderate a cosmetic surgery forum) most women get them done to feel normal or as a result of illness (reconstruction etc) or maybe to get back what was lost after kids and breastfeeding or huge weight loss and are about as far from up their own arses as you can get. Most don't go around flashing them, a lot don't even talk about it and have smaller implants in the hope that most people don't notice.
I myself had once breast that didn't develop properly. I was too embarrassed at how I looked to even take my top off. Having mine done meant I would go swimming on holiday. Stop wearing baggy jumpers and just felt like a normal woman instead of looking like a freak! "
