why do people accespt you as a friend but not reply to messages its so anoying.

beat me to it! I get friend requests from randoms but reject them unless we've spoken. My list is very small!

OP I suspect having all of your pics as friends only is the answer in your case. But if someone is going to be impulsive enough to accept a request from someone they don't know from Adam then trying to work out that persons motive is pretty pointless.
