The land of grey peas and bacon

So I'm having my niece and nephew stopping with me (I'm known as the mad auntie) and I'm having a mini ice cream parlour for them...what is the ultimate must have (apart from ice cream) for a sundae?

Hereabouts

That chocolate sauce that goes solid once you've poured it onto the ice cream! It's handy for holding things like crumbled biscuits or marshmallows in place on the top

Fruit cocktail or strawberries,squirty cream and a wafer fan on top. Kids like sprinkles,crumbled flake,chocolate buttons, Smarties and syrup of any flavour. Honeycomb crumbled or meringue
