Just had gnocchi (shop-bought, not homemade), with a rich cheese sauce made out of creme fraiche, mascapone, Gorgonzola, lardons, mushrooms, onion, garlic, Parmesan and parsley.

It was gorgeous to say the least, and I have extra portions for taking to lunch for a few days!

Happy bunny here!
