I've just had £5 taken off me to upgrade to a silver supporter, no upgrade, but they take the money. No customer service so I have to warn people on here instead. |

Have you contacted admin via the contact facility ?
Have you keyed in your code ?
Is there enough credit on your phone for the payment to be taken ? |

oh behave, its obviously a blip in the system, contact administration they will sort it and stop being dramatic

If you've done it by phone you may not get your code by text immediately. If you don't get a text you don't get charged. |
