Can't sleep!

I'm not sure if it's because I'm on here that I can't sleep or can't sleep because I'm on here, anyone else with this problem?

I can sleep easy and about to knock one out too lol, bed in amin, got gym 10am x.

I am wide awake also, couldn't sleep last night as was tired yesterday late afternoon so went to bed for a an hour and ended up sleeping for a few. Been wide awake since 1130pm last night.... About to get ready for work soon. Gonna be a long day but I will deffo sleep later on
