Don't worry this isn't (too much) of a self indulgent post, but over the last few days I've been in a bit of a lull and generally feeling sorry for myself. No specific reason that I can place my finger on to be honest
Now I know everyone's different and there's no 'one size fits all' answer but what tips / tricks do you use to spark yourself back into life when you're feeling a little down or need that sparkle again?
What are those little things that you do to bring the va va voom back? |

I'm quite a boring home body so I just like to spend a cosy night in with myself. Nice fresh bedding, long soak in the bath, a good all over moisturising and sit in bed preening, painting fingernails and silly pampering things like that, while watching a movie. I always feel better the next morning. |

Very, but he disappeared one day and ironically he was the only one who could have found him! |
