Right so the choice is Children in Need or Tango and Cash? :-/

Sorry but as charitable as I am but you just cant beat a good cheesy action film sometimes, who agrees?

Can't you do justice to both by watching the movie yet still giving generously to CIN?

We're a very, VERY, long way from how low I'd go in a good cause.

Do I give to charity? Money (apart from the odd coin to my local Big Issue seller)? No.

Time, effort, expertise, experience, and building community capacity?

Absolutely.

I give of my time and the skills I've acquired through my days as a matelot, wage-slave, salesman, entrepreneur etc.

I don't take on stuff which I don't feel has relevance to my background or experience and the closer I can get to home turf the better.
