Can't you do justice to both by watching the movie yet still giving generously to CIN? |

"Not at all i'm just not wealthy enough to give to all. I would if I could.
Couldn't you ask your mum for more pocketmoney?"
Wow I didn't actually think you'd go that low but there we go. Ha ha. Just out of curiosity do you give to charity? |

We're a very, VERY, long way from how low I'd go in a good cause.
Do I give to charity? Money (apart from the odd coin to my local Big Issue seller)? No.
Time, effort, expertise, experience, and building community capacity?
Absolutely. |

D'ye mean after that? Isn't that enough?
The trick with charities is not to buy them a fish - it's to teach them how to fish. |

"No I meant what do you do as in do you work with the charities, send them advice etc?"
I give of my time and the skills I've acquired through my days as a matelot, wage-slave, salesman, entrepreneur etc.
I don't take on stuff which I don't feel has relevance to my background or experience and the closer I can get to home turf the better. |
