An unwitting couple of visitors were taken for a ride; literally when they hopped on a pedal rick shaw at Oxford Circus to take them to Marble Arch. The cost for the just under a mile journey straight up Oxford street? Yeah! £241.
A london cabby filmed them arguing with the rick shaw rider as he insisted they pay him. Unlicenced robbery, the sooner it is made illegal in London the better it will be for everyone.

I read that the police told the rickshaw rider where to go. Great to see the police portrayed in a positive light for once. |
