It depends how each is cooked.

Meshed for me has to be made with butter, cream and a touch of garlic and parsley.

Roast has to be very crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Chips have to be skinny, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, to be eaten with mayo!

I like all three, and not neccessary at different times or with different food!
