Anyone else has this camera as cant load software to laptop play memories home which sony ask you to do

any other software we can download help please

if you don't have or can't get the software to work you could get a card reader and just use it like a memory stick, pull the photos/movies from the card itself, if you don't have an adaptor you can get one cheap

Windows laptop? Maybe its about which version of windows works with your Sony software and vice versa.
