Well its nearly 5am and im up and ready for work and in the best of moods. I opened my fridge with belly rumbling and there it is and what a wonderful sight it was.
Last nights pizza wohooo breaky sorted. I no to most that's probably madness for breakfest but remember I'm a night worker and ofton cook myself steak and chips at 8am after work so for me that's a fantastic breakfast.
So here my question what's your little bit of madness what give you a kick that probably most people would think wtf how can you do that. Tell me your secret little desires. Over to you......

Massively happy that my first meeting today isn't until 0930 and is really close to home so it wasn't worth getting up at daft o'clock (also known as PP Mean Time or Tosh o'clock) to drive to the office only to turn around and come back. Might get showered and dressed soon, well, maybe one more cup of tea in bed first. |

Being out with the pooch and walking in the hills , countryside and on the beaches here.
Just me and him a wander and relax away the thoughts of the day.
Its the little amazing things we see. Wildflowers, animals and birds last night we stumbled across a fox den and watched the cubs playing . Perfect.
Its some times the most simple things that make us happy.
