With the recent high profile cases of significant data theft from the servers at 2 adult dating sites, What do you think the implications are for fab? How secure is this site? Is anybody worried? If you delete ones account is your information truly removed?

Don't provide anything you wouldn't want going astray. It's different for sites where they enforce payment.
Someone won't be able to use your height and body type to commit fraud |

Some people I am sure have provided details for payment and or mobile numbers and gps information.
Also email addresses, images and sensitive communications between members all can be hacked can it not? |

GPS information
Fab doesn't enforce you supply those details though, like the other sites. It's best to use perhaps a secondary phone (as the site suggests). Secondary email addresses too.
As I said, don't provide stuff if you believe you're at risk. |

I'm not worried in the slightest.
I've given no personal info. No address. No full name. No credit card details. An email address created solely for Fab.
I've used my mobile to text for site supporter upgrades but in all the years I've been here I've received no sales calls/texts.
So I really can't see what harm any info I've supplied could be used for?

Exactly, in actuality it'd be very difficult to identify anyone if they followed privacy best practices. |

It's why I deleted the pic of us showing our faces stood naked by the street sign outside the house, holding our passports and bank cards.
That and there was a passing cat in the corner of the shot and I knew the site wouldn't allow it.

I think data spidering/mining, trojon horses and in general hacking are A lot more sophisticated than many of you are aware. Your Internet footprint is a lot wider and covered In paint than you believe. |

So long as my security software and VPN are working fine?
I won't worry about the paint much.

"Some poor sod might use my cock pic
or lick the screen while they fap-fap-fap over it,,,, "
Oh they do that all ready. The amount of messages I get that are indecipherable due to sticky keyboards....huh! If I had a penny for each one I'd have 32p by now. |
