I have roasted Mediterranean vegetables and a white fish.

I'm not sure what type of fish. I found it in the freezer. I've marinated it in jerk spices. See if I can guess what fish it is when it's ready.

I am fingering a jar of peanut butter as we speak. Crunchy - if anyone is interested.

I am eyeing up the Double gloucester with chives and onion as a side dish, along with the half jar of silverskin onions - followed by a selection of either sweet / salty / sweet and salty popcorn for afters.

Ahhhh gotta love skint week
