You put the ball end up ya bum nd tie it,usually to a pony tail or collar so that when you move it pulls slightly.

In my one and only Domme experience I had one inserted which was attached to a hoist. She pulled so I was only just able to stand on tip toe. The experience was different shall we say |

Think maybe the word hook is a bit harsh sounding...but people are saying they're looking at them and still shuddering! Mine has a ball on the end, think the blunt ended ones wouldn't feel quite as good, but have never tried one so could be wrong |

Recently tried one after looking at them for a while and wondering what it felt like. Scary despite a trusted playmate with experience using it! Next time I'll let him tie it to my collar... maybe! I'm rubbish at being a sub...  |

They are good at controlling a disobedient sub......
Either tied to arms behind back. Collar.
Or my personal favourite, pony tail braided with rope to bring the head back and straightening the throat out. |
