I was talking about the anal bit actually.. You do have several sphincters in the body, though age, loss of collagen etc can cause atrophy of the muscles, menopause can cause it too so muscle loss is different for women than for men.
Plus how you stretch your muscles before doing exercise to then tone then is entirely different |
