Not if you get creative. There's plenty of yummy healthy versions of take away and stuff like that. Roast dinners. Even booze is possible if you have spirits with diet etc it's not too bad. |

Don't just do week day diets as tent to put weight on at weekend so just even out over the course of the week ! So just doing exercise gym and trying not to drink to much gin and slimline tonic at weekends lol. X |
