Newcastle and Gateshead

have to say i am hooked now...

the last tie vs the USA was cool...

this tie vs france is fantastic.... the atmosphere is like a proper football game!!!

if GB win this they get Australia or Kazhakstan at home for the semi final

australia come back from 2-0 after day 1 to beat kazhakstan 3-2..... so if murray wins today...... it will be an "ashes" davis cup semi final......in the uk.. in mid september

you would figure they would elect to play that one indoors on a hard court.... NIA, MEN or the SSE hydro

although.... centre court wimbledon with the roof close in the evening on grass... prime time tennis would be an interesting dilema

Bolton

Love Murray's passion to win

Extra kudus bearing in mind the other world ranking top players ducked out for their country who unsurprisingly got knocked out.

absolutely..... bring on the aussies.... you have to go to the place where you have the biggest home field advantage for the semi... it has to be the SSE hydro in glasgow for me....

you could put it at the NIA in brum, or the O2 or Centre Court in Wimbledon....

i'd love a prime time evening cenrte court battle with the roof closed on grass... but I think they will do indoor hardcourt for this one

Would everyone agree of the 4 teams left, you could argue that GB are the slight favourites now?
