My last diy project was to (after getting it dry)
Insulate and board out the cellar which has completely failed  its still getting damp down there and the boards are covered in mould....now got to find a way to get an air brick down there which is presenting quite a problem!
Job 2 - started to repoint the flags in our garden today Thought a tub of the pre mixed motar would be enough as I'm only repairing the current parts that have failed. Didn't get anywhere near enough!
Proof blokes don't always over estimate the size of things 
Anyway I've decided fuck it! I'm off to the pub, I'll deal with all this tomorrow 
Buy a house they said! It'll be fun they said!  |

1. We love the location so wouldn't move
2. We've already done tons of work to the house - it was a wreck when we bought it.
3. It's the previous owners who's bodged pretty much everything
Onwards and upwards ! With a detour to lé pub first though  |
