It always means that they want you to whop it out in public in front of them. It is a defence in English Law if the offended lady was wearing one. |

Young teenage girls wear them so men need to be careful when seeing anklets and thinking swinging. I used to wear one but there's no way anyone would of thought I was / am a swinger if they didn't know me . |
