I've had the day from hell

That resulted in tears at work

Cider and pizza for tea.

What food would you eat as comfort food ??

Ps virtual hugs gratefully received

Loads hugs coming your way, there's a lasagne in the oven if you fancy a slice of that bad boy. Great comfort eating

Crisps & a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.

I wouldn't be able to stomach food if I was wound up & upset from work.

Wine on the other hand....

Of course, have a tear and share or a lush garlic and Parmesan flatbread to choose from

Pizza, Jack and Coke, Hot fudge dessert with cream, all while watching a film guaranteed to make me laugh.

Cyber hug en route. Tomorrow will be better I'm sure.

Cottage pie with peas. Maltesers for dessert. For something easy it's always cheese on toast with Worcester sauce.

When I have had a bad day I feel sick at the thought of food. Not good seeing as evening is the only time I manage to sit down and eat something proper. The following day I'm then too hungry and the thought of food makes me sick. Takes me a few days to get out of it.

Personally I would go without.

I know many people do, but I just don't get 'comfort eating' I am completely the opposite.

It's much appreciated when someone can lend an ear

Crisps. Preferably salt and vinegar. The crunch soothes me.

Hug from me
