Hey,
It's summer it's hot so trying to shred up before I start taking my top off at work I'm a landscaper so I'm currently trying to make yourself melt at work method thinking about investing in some fat burners

Everything seems rather sexually orientated haha but any advice would be great asked on a body building forum but there all meatheads suggesting illegal substances to take. |

Your standard fat burners are your T3's and T5's which are just ECA stacks, ephedrine, caffine and asprin. Then you have your slightly stronger ones which are essentially oral steroids, clenbuterol will make you have a head rush and then you have DNP which can kill you by cooking you from the inside out. Really you should take DNP in the winter when it's cooler becaue it is a bastard and you have to get the dose absolutely correct or else you'll die, simple as. |

Several decent UK based bodybuilding forums for this sort of knowledge chap. Not stuff to be taken lightly.
Get creative around googling training and diet which will throw up a forum or two. |

Honestly the only thing that works effectively is a Calorie deficit and there are lots of free online tools to work out your daily calorie allowance and macros.
Yes there are caffeine based and other thermogenic fat burners which burns fat by a minuscule percentage. There are also things (now banned?) such as ephedrine but again research shows that it burns no more than 5% with side effects, whereas reducing your calorie intake can be much more effective and the weight can fly off you. All this other stuff such as omega 3 / fish oils, CLA can all be obtained via a nutritious diet.
Ensure you have adequate protein, good fats and slow carbs in your diet. Nothing else works effectively. |

You could try wynstrol that helps with shredding and water retention but you still need to train

My advice to any long term singletons apart from shag tonight, is spend less time on your body and more time on your personality. The relationships (and even a one Night stand is a relationship) will come of their own accord. Unless you're happy meeting vacuous "looks most important" people. Just my two cents. |

Funnily enough, water retention is reduced by....drinking water. So get glugging. Eat less salty or sugary food, eat cleaner, move more, etc etc. The problem with drugs is that once you stop using them, the reason you started using them returns. |

water retention and fat burning both bulls..t
Cutting out carbs mainly bread pasta rice potatoes etc and alcohol then high protein and fibre meals using alot of salad to bulk out the stomach... at least 4 litres of water a day double it when training hard in the hot weather |
