Anyone still engage in this activity?

Yesterday at a charity shop I got a multimedia keyboard that looks brand new for 1.50

I also got a vinyl with Greig - hall of the mountain king and Wagner - ride of the Valkyries for 50p

Where do you bargain hunt?

What's some of the best bargains you've ever found?

Damn reet!

What's your best find for whatever reason?

Mine was a solid brown leather chair for a fiver, it was heavy so you knew it was made well.

They don't make em like that anymore and I still have a running pound bet with my mate that he can't find a better chair for a fiver or less.

Glastonbury

I picked up a hot dancer on Craigslist (for free).

As I pointed out to him, "You're *almost* out of my league".

Nailed his ass to the floor.

Most gratifying.

done bargain hunting a little too much

got an electric double bed for 30.00 as wanted the motor only and offered it to a friend as there need for it was more than mine

picked up a 1000.00 lathe just for 310.00 the other week with loads of tools with it

concrete garage for free so made a large shed with it

my friends hate me and ebay for my bargains on it, but I always pay my way when collecting them but theyve been some places with me for collecting stuff

My dad is obsessed with freebie sites on Facebook. He got me 2 brand new brushed chrome light fittings for free, a new hob and a dishwasher.

His next challenge is a new sofa.
