hmmm ,she has been going to the gym lately far more often than usual ,and she casually mentioned this morning she "likes" the new equipment at the new place
Does anyone else get off on the vibrating power plates,seems theres a queue to get on them ?

Just been to our gym and there’s a new machine there. It's fantastic. Only used it for an hour as I started to feel sick. Its good though, it does everything though ‘Kitkats, Mars bars, Snickers! |
