I've soon to start a 24hr fast for medicinal purposes.

Will i pull through? Will i be tempted by a nibble?

After first few hours it's not so bad! Early night also helped me so less time to think about hunger. If your allowed to drink lots of fluid helps fill you up a bit. Good luck!
