Init, talk about priorities! Don't care if we have no hot water if a cute tradesman gets to come back - maybe they could help ease my cold, erect nipples.

Unfixable? it's always fixable although maybe not today due to lack of spare parts... How long is the warranty? Gas Safe stipulate that engineers must guarantee their work for two years, did you call out the installation engineer to check it out first? With lots of boilers coming with 5 to 10 years warranty now obviously it could be well past that 2 year limit, but it could have saved you a call out charge. |

Yup installation folks came out, boiler is six months old and showing all sorts of issues and errors so he's coming back on Wednesday with manufacturer engineer and a van load of parts and another boiler just I case..... So I am told bit will wait and see what turns up |

ha I know but I was referring to his post on the previous thread when the boiler first broke where he said the engineer might be dishy |
