It was on the news that if the heat continues a ban from them will be set. It means you have to use buckets to fill up the pool if you got one lol.

I have people who do that for me, on zero hour contracts just incase the weather turns.

Actually although there's alot of water on earth only 2.5% of it is fresh and of that there's less than 1% that's actually accessible (rainfall)

More people should live up north. We've got loads of the stuff up here.

I think they should start differential pricing to encourage water and energy-intensive businesses to site themselves where there is actually capacity in the infrastructure to cope with it.

It's actually quite scary living in the north of the UK, how we take water for granted.

70% of the world's inhabitants struggle for it and its getting harder to find by the year thanks to a warming earth!

Water is treated chemically and filtered multiple times before it enters the water mains. Why can't we treat and filter sea water.

Scientific explanation if possible please x

Desalination plants work in lots of places around the world that have water problems.

The trouble with them is there incredibly energy intensive, so your water costs loads, which means it's hard to grow food at reasonable prices
