I love pegging my lovers , but it's something that only happens a couple of times a month .
Because my hips, thighs and arse muscles take a few days to get over the hard work .( how the hell you guys can keep it up ???)
So I'm asking all you fitness gurus what simple exercises I can do at home to help me get strap on fit
