We very rarely eat take away or junk food in general but when we do we usually stick to the same few dishes.
We do occasionally try something new, especially with Indian and on chef's recommendation but again we then revert back to the usual.

"I am on a healthy living diet too but starting to crave which is not good x"
You can still have treats. Moderation is the answer. My weakness is crisps, I love them. |

I have to be careful as I am on the diabetic injections and the wrong food or over eating will just make me sick x |

Insulin controlled will restrict your diet somewhat. Maybe you could make home made versions of your favourite things with ingredients you know will be ok for you. Not the same I know. X |

I'm extremely lucky, and can eat takeaways at least once per week without any visible negative impact (perhaps my heart will have something to say a decade from now though, hahah).
I tend to mix things up, as I'm a big fan of trying new things. When it comes to more familiar cuisine (like Chinese takeaway or Mcdonalds), I generally rotate what food I pick, just to keep things fresh. |
