So my friend asked my this dilemma the other day and it definitely got me thinking. It's also possibly the worst situation to be stuck in, so..
You are an inmate in a concentration camp. A sadistic gaurd is about to hang your son who tried to escape and wants you to pull the chair from underneath him. He says that if you don't he will not only kill your son but five other innocent inmates as well. You don't have any doubt that he means what he says. What should you do?

I knew the storyline. I should not have watched it when I did.
OP, in a concentration camp situation I would consider how awful things are. If I thought my son would be suffering because he continued to live I would pull the chair out and then do everything possible to end my own life too.
