Me and some of the lads have been remembering the Days back in our Teens and got talking about our FS1Es and AP50s etc, I got all nostalgic and have just bought a basket case of evil bay, you know that feeling that starts with Yeeeeeees and then sinks to oh shite, that's where I am now

I have more Bikes than I need really but still enjoy them, I'll arrange to get the FS1E picked up from Kent and I'll do it up, probably keep it for my Nephew

SHEFFIELD

Never had the atraction when I was younger, but since a Holiday in Key West where there was a Biker rally, Ive had a feeling that Id like to have a Harley, like I was told by one of the bikers "its not about speed its about enjoying the ride" Those Guys loved their Harleys and owning one was more a way of life.

I got my brand spanking new GSX250 and passed my test on it in 1979, I think a couple of years before they changed the rules.

I was a bit too big to ride a 50 in them days, so I'm glad I did

I had to google FS1E - or whatever it is/was - and then discovered to my horror that I'd stumbled into a dreaded ** BIKER'S THREAD ** .... of fuck, shit and bollox!!! How do I get out of with my gonads intact??

I've never owned a bike, never wanted to... cos it don't have a fookin CD player or a drink's holder for my McDonald's coffee.

my first bike was AR50 at 16. Had it a total of 3 weeks till a women decided to pull out of a junction and kill my bike. Decided to wait the few months and get the AR125 at 17, and bought GPX250 when passed test. All the local lads wanted RD350's, but i was too short so could never have one... unless it had stabilisers, which does tend to ruin the street cred lol

I love the smell of 2 stroke oil in the mornings, especially in the race paddock warm ups.
