Can someone explain this modern thing called 'fabbing' to me please?
I don't mean how to do it, I get that- more why?
Surely if you have to ask someone to do it its meaningless? (Not that fabbing is deaply meaningful anyways!)
Or is it just another way to perv forumites profiles??
This is a genuine question btw- took a break from here and things have changed a bit! |

I never fab when asked.
I fab when I see photos that I like.
It helps introduce you to others sometimes, but also helps those who like taking pics understand which photos others like.
Knowing what people like and dislike helps inform future pics.
So, positive feedback like this helps make the site better for those who like to perve and for us who like to take photos.
That's the point of fabbing to me. |

And threads like this aren't saying "here's a pic of me, fab it". It's saying "look at me, I love attention. Fab my pics if you like them".
It's where peacocks and showoffs and perves come together. But it doesn't make people fab pics which they don't think are good. |
