I need to get up and go out.. But it's bloody miserable out there.
I've run out of cigs and even that isn't enough to motivate me to get up.
If I get up then I can get something nice to eat but that's still not enough.
What do you do to motivate yourself? |

Reaccess a motivational state I've experienced before. First I relax, which I'm good at, clears away the blocks, then choose an experience I've had, recalling it fully. I end up feeling that motivation again, possibly recalling a couple more different times I've felt that way.
Potentially making a quick plan helps too. Then get stuck in. At difficult points I may have a workout, to enliven my body and mind. |

Im suffering the same problem right now. Its this bloody duvet its got a hold on me!
