I think I'm being played by a fake, I've been messed about before so I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to tell the fakes and time wasters from the real thing ? |

Essentially, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is |

People may call me a time waster because I like to take my time essentially wasting their time if they're impatient. If you have to chase someone and get little interaction back..you're wasting your time. Just don't be pushy, don't make demands, don't chase. |

Listen to your instincts.
For what its worth, I very rarely would give out my number before a meet, and do not phone, skype or cam. If thats what someone requires to believe I am not fake, then good for them, but I am not comfortable with it, and would not meet them - and my first meet is a local social...
Been told I am fake and a time waster for it - but I would far rather take my time and do something at my pace than do anything I feel wrong.
Listen to your intuition, and go with that. |

Get them to chat on cam, so you can ask them questions live, so they can't plan their responses, as written messaging allows. It may reinforce or quell your concerns.
Otherwise if I'm uncomfortable I take a break from someone. |
