Best way to stay hydrated is to knock the CO2 out of lemonade and drink that...

Lemonade is sterile and once the CO2 has been knocked out of it it is the same as drinking sterile sugar water.

Just had it over weekend

Was in bed, & drinking hot water 1/2 a lemon , honey & pinch of salt so you can just taste the salt & after three of them it cleared . Still had stomach cramps until today so went Dr's who gave me some medicine. Poor you it's awful xx

haveing trouble even keeping water down x
