So, you've just gone the pub for a quick half when ya bump in to a few friends, suddenly you find yourself walking out of the Krazyhouse at 6am the following morning, can anyone else relate to this or something similar?

Misread as krauthouse, thought that sounds like a terrible venue. Read it correctly and it still sounds bad.

Done similar a few times and as much as I'd like to say I'll never do it again on a school night I know that would probably be a lie.

It's a club that has 3 floors of different music genres, think the titty twister from dusk till dawn and you're not far off.

Brighton - even Hove!

In a previous life, yes. This current one: no.

If you want a good story like this then i can heartily recommend watching Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure

I've done the "quick pint after work" that's led to waking up the next morning with a Big Mac on the pillow next to me and a stinking hangover many a time.

Not now though, am much too old and sensible.

Is Big Mac a Geordie term for having pulled a well endowed Scotsman?

Quick pint on a Friday after work

Ends in wandering around in work gear at 10:30 in city centre!

I've since been barred from Friday early door visits

I once went to a rally(intended for only a day) and ended up being there a week.... I won't lie, there was red wine and good weather and somebody brought a guitar

Oh plenty of times. Left house just for a quick dinner with a friend and after home but while having dinner we get a call from another friend who is not alone and what's us to go to hers. After we get there and after a few drinks we got to a bar. At the bar we meet more people and we decide to go to the strip club. After back to friend's house and the rest is private but went till 9 am lol

Love this thread.

I spent my twenties doing this on an almost nightly basis. Waking up in a bush? Or on one of our police cells luxuriously thick mattresses? "Hello love what's your name? Fancy a quickie before I get off?". I wore it like a badge of pride. Can't manage it so well these days. Last time I had to take two days off work. Time before ended in divorce. Problem is I don't know when to stop.

Still young at heart though.

Just read my post.

The "fancy a quickie?" did not happen in the police cell.

Just so you know.

Yes all the time, as the saying goes 1 is too many and 100 not enough, I cannot go out and have 1 or 2, I either drink or don't drink because 2 pints and that's it I've got the taste and I'm stopping out

A few years ago me and a work mate went out for a "couple" of pints after work,

We ended up chatting to 2 Women, 10 hours later I was leaving her house, Went to work 4 hours later and it was lucky someone else done the driving that day,

And earlier this year I went out after work as someone was leaving to go to a new job,

I was going on holiday the next day and had to be in the airport for 11am,

I woke up in a Woman's bed at 9am,

It was a good job I had packed my suitcase a few days before

We have been known to pop out for a quiet drink and get home 24 hours later. We always buy an overnight train ticket to London as however well intentioned our plan for the last train home is we regularly fail to catch it!

Most couples have one half who is more sensible and encourages restraint, unfortunately we are as bad as each other!

In the 80's I once had an entire lost weekend. Friday dinner time until Monday evening were totally lost to me, it was more to do with naturally growing fungi than alcohol though
