One set all, game on! Will it be another plucky British defeat or can Heather have the self belief to win it? I hope for the latter but expect the former. |

I didn't feel that. Williams has just given her credit for pushing her, the great Serena Williams, hard.

Serving at 3-0 in the final set her first serve deserted her, the pressure got to her and Serena was able to pick off her second serves and get back into the match. Don't get me wrong, she played great, but Serena made so many unforced errors that she gave Heather the opportunity and she couldn't take it. |

But when her 1st serves were in, she frequently couldn't get to Serena's returns, so oddly she appeared to do better on her second serves.
But I really meant the way she chased down every shot, got to ones I thought there was no chance of reaching, then still got back in time for the return.

She did great, but as Serena said in her inter_iew, she should have won, and she should be setting herself a target of getting into the top 10, she has the ability. |
